We are looking for a Hard HR Business partner.
Key responsibilities
Hard HR
- Initiate and manage multiple HR projects (e.g., wage policy, implementation new policies,…),
- HR Analytics (absenteeism, effectiveness of processes, HR movements,…),
- Analyse analytics and take action as needed,
- Continuous improvement of corporate culture,
- Organizational changes,
- Oversee internal and external HR communication,
- Initiate disciplinary processes when necessary,
- Monthly payroll (PC200),
- Back-up for recruitment (minimal).
Advisor role
- Employment legislation (PC 200),
- Complex disciplinary processes,
- Termination cases,
- Labor conflicts,
- Labor regulations,
- Collaborate with the CHRO to develop and improve HR policy.
Works council & Union liaison (preparatory work)
- Prepare and supervise consultation meetings between WC/Unions and management,
- Ensure compliance with co-determination legislation,
- Facilitate works council elections and other works council processes.
Profile and competencies:
- Ability to work independently on projects and stay calm under pressure
- Respond swiftly to changing situations
- Strong communication skills
- Structured and organized approach to work
- Flexible and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent knowledge of labor laws
- Minimum bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in a broad, general HR role,
- Specific professional training required, with company-specific knowledge gained through experience,
- Proficient in verbal and written communication in both Dutch and English.
